What Am I Reading?

I have just finished reading the sequel to Beetle Boy by M G Leonard which is called Beetle Queen. There is another one to come called the Battle of the Beetles. It will be great to see how the whole story ends. (Hopefully with the demise of the horrible Lucretia Cutter) What was really interesting about reading Beetle Boy for the first time was that Lucy Jonstone was the name of my protagonist in EATS before I introduced two boys instead. Great minds think alike!

Now I'm reading this little beauty. Great book which I am enjoying a lot and would definitely recommend. All about a 12 year old with OCD who is the last person to see a toddler before it goes missing. It really reminds me of the London Eye Mystery by Siobhan Dowde. Loved, loved, loved that book but this is great too. I got this copy from the library. Hope you're all using your libraries? They're the best places. 

Believe it or not, this picture is of a real working library in the centre of Manchester. 

Because I am such a rock star, on my visit to Manchester this weekend, I went to both the central libraries.

This picture is of the the old entrance hall to the John Rylands Library. I was lucky enough to join a free tour which was amazing.
